配搭。

This bright yet quite deep golden yellow hue wine offers
fruity, floral, acacia honey, beeswax and elderberry
aroma. It has a smooth attack on the palate, good volume
is developed with a medium length on the finish. Its good
accompaniments are pan-fried foie gras with honey and
onion jam, or apple tart with mango ice-cream.

Monbazillac wines originality lay in the Botrytis Cinerea fungus growth that develops ‘Noble Rot’. This fungal spore reduces the water content
of the grape, increasing its sugar level. The grapes are then said to be roasted dispersing crystallized fruits and honey aromas to the wines. It is a
crafted manual harvest where only roasted fruits are selected one by one.
